The privacy of our clients is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we only collect information from our customers to make your printing experience one of ease and convenience by improving our services and to keep you up to date with special offers, new services, giveaways and promotions.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION


 

When making a purchase from Zoo Print, we use the information you provide to process your order. We will also send you e-mails in order to confirm your order. If we have further queries we may need to contact you via phone, e-mail or postal mail.  You will also be automatically signed up to receive email updates about our products, services and promotions. This same decree applies when you choose to participate in a contest or promotion.

If you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list, feel free to contact us at support@ZooPrint.com and we will be sure adhere to your requests as soon as possible. Do make sure to include your full name and other relevant information when e-mailing us. Please note that it could take up to 8 weeks to remove you from our mailing list.

In order to improve our services, you may receive survey e-mails that will help us learn more about your shopping preferences. We may also use information about your product interests and purchases to help us improve our site and your shopping experience. Please note that if you make purchases online or on the phone, we may send you information regarding our products, services and promotions through postal mail.

We are constantly striving to improve our services and give you a better shopping experience, therefore we may sometimes combine information that you provide online and in our stores as well as information about your product interests and purchases. THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS


 

In order to maintain information in an orderly manner, we contract with third parties to manage our customer information. Do note that we do not authorize these third parties to make any other use of your information that what is requested.
In the event that we team up with other companies to offer or provide services, products or promotions, the said company may cross-reference our customer database to locate common customers. This information may be used by both parties to identify future promotional opportunities.
Customers who choose to participate in contests that are offered by Zoo Print and a third-party company maybe be asked to provide personal information in order to take part. Please note that this information will be used by us and the said company to notify winners and fulfill promotional obligations.

If you choose to opt out of receiving information from Zoo Print prior to participating in a contest, you may still receive information from us in connection with the contest or promotion.  Should you wish to not receive information, you may opt to remove yourself from the contest or promotion.

We may also share non-personally identifiable information (age, gender, location) with our business partners to fulfill contractual obligations.


Please note that we do not share, rent or sell any information that we collect other than for the ways mentioned above.

 

ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION


 

If you wish to access your information on our website, simply click on the ACCOUNT link, sign in using your user name and password. Select the section you wish to review, edit or delete. Do note that some changes may take up 8 weeks.

If at any time you would like us to remove you from our email or postal mailing lists or if you do not want us to use your information to enhance your shopping experience, feel free to contact Zoo Print customer service via email at support@Zoo Print.com .Please be sure to include your email address and full name.

How to remove yourself from mail outs


We respect our customers' wishes. Therefore, we will only communicate with you, should you wish to hear from us. If you do not wish to receive information, please let us know through e-mail, postal mail or phone. You can e-mail us at support@ZooPrint.com. Please note that it may take up to 8 weeks to remove you from our lists.

If you wish to remove your self from our postal and e-mailing list we will add your name to a ‘do not mail’ file in order to ensure that we do not send you any more information.

However, please note that when you make a purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your order and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
 

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The safety of children when using the internet is a priority for us.

Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

In the instance that we discover that a subscriber is under the age of 13, without prior verifiable parental consent, we will immediately remove his/her information from our files.

Zoo Print uses cookies but we do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. We use cookies for the following reasons:
